OUR STORY
Every enterprise runs on software it did not write and cannot operate without. For forty years, the protection was a contract and a copy of the code. Castler was created because critical infrastructure deserved current custody, tested recovery and signed evidence.

THE CATEGORY
A pile of source code is not a running system. It may be incomplete, months behind production, dependent on undocumented build tools or impossible to deploy without the vendor engineers who created it. Traditional escrow preserved access but left the recovery assumption untested.
Castler reconstructs the release, deploys it, replicates the architecture and seals the outcome as a signed Proof of Recovery. The technology creates speed and scale; a named engineer creates accountability. The result is a procedure an institution can examine before a vendor failure rather than a promise it discovers during one.
WHAT WE STAND FOR
Make trust provable. The systems and obligations the world runs on should be protected by current evidence, independent testing, and accountable people — never by untested faith.
Give every regulated institution a way to protect critical vendor software from onboarding through every release, then prove it can be rebuilt and operated without the vendor present.
Build the trust and recoverability layer of the global software economy wherever technology dependency, regulation, contracts and customer commitments demand certainty.
WHY WE BUILT THIS
Vineet Singh built Castler after a decade at Info Edge scaling Naukri.com, NaukriGulf, and 99acres from startup to IPO. The pattern he observed was consistent: enterprises at every stage of scale depend on software they do not control, and when that software becomes unavailable through vendor failure, acquisition or discontinuation, the dependency becomes a crisis.
Castler was founded to turn that dependency from a risk into a managed, evidenced and recoverable position. The control begins at vendor onboarding: establish the escrow agreement, capture the first deposit, preserve every release and build the proof before a regulator, insurer, board or incident asks for it.
The company began with trust infrastructure and enterprise escrow in India’s most demanding regulated environments. That operating experience became the foundation for Software Recoverability: a category designed to cover the entire critical Software Estate with repeatable verification and signed evidence.
