Business Operations Manager

Specifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Banking sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of drafting and vetting agreements
  • Experience working on Tally Cloud.
  • Understanding of Escrow (Preferred)
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrate Problem-solving, time management, and supervisory skills.

Operations

  • Manages work activities and escrow operational / support functions.
  • Facilitate on boarding by verifying e-KYC documents of clients, drafting and Vetting Escrow Agreements
  • Coordinating with Clients, Trustee, and other Internal stake holders.
  • Examining escrow agreements from the perspective of risk, compliance, operations, and regulations.
  • Structuring transactions according to requirement of clients.
  • Participate in Client and internal stakeholders’ negotiations.
  • Handling customer queries and to work within TAT assigned. Expect 50-80 queries in a day.
  • Chase for transaction processing and approval
  • Handle lead generation and book appointments
  • Building pitches and documents for the sales team
  • Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team.
  • Conducting research and analysing data
  • Candidates must be experienced in working in a high pressure and high impact environment.
