Business Development

Responsibilities

  • Generate Leads from Startups, Corporates and Investors for Market Expansion to build a robust pipeline of prospected clients
  • Draw up strategies to increase customer base to meet given target – month on month
  • Should be comfortable for cold calling and 3- 4 in- person meetings per day
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand clients’ unique requirements
  • Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth
  • Regularly analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide valuable insights to the product team based on client feedback and market needs
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to build & maintain excellent long-term relationships with customers
  • Keeping up to date with advancements in markets & competitive products & solutions
  • Candidates must have experience of working in a high pressure, high impact environment which rewards performance
  • This is a performance-based position with no cap on target- based incentive earning.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Pre-requisites

The ideal candidate should possess a natural business acumen, understanding of B2B SaaS dynamics, and a strong sense of customer success.

  • A natural-born hustler – driven and hard-working individual with hunger to grow at warp speed in a start-up environment.
  • Good attention to detail – proven ability to multitask in a work environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English along with strong presentation skills
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Well versed with usage of Microsoft Office 365 tools
  • Location: Bangalore & Mumbai. This is a 100% WFO (Work from Office) role
  • Experience: 3-7 years from Fintech/Banking/Lending domain
