Roles and Responsibilities
Development and management of existing network and working closely with business partners to identify and maximize opportunities to enhance product and business processes.
Meeting with potential clients to determine their needs and interests to develop a tailored sales strategy.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Draw up strategies to increase customer base to meet given target – month on month.
Demonstrate high account management standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to build & maintain excellent long-term relationships with customers.
Keeping up to date with advancements in markets & competitive products & solutions
Should be comfortable for cold calling and 3- 4 in- person meetings per day.
Candidates must be experienced in working in a high pressure, high impact environment which rewards performance.
This is a performance-based position with no cap on target- based incentive earning.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and strong business sense and industry expertise.
Well versed with usage of Microsoft Office 365 tools
Ability to conduct research independently.
